Find all current BME events on the homepage. Click an event to see all the key details: date, venue, ticket types and programme.
Add your ticket type to the cart — e.g. BME student, student or standard. For multi-day events, select your days. Then enter the attendee’s details: name, email, degree programme and phone number.
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. BME-jegy never sees your payment details — Stripe handles the payment directly with bank-level security.
We’ll email your QR-code ticket and e-invoice within 30 seconds. We scan your ticket from your phone at the entrance — no printing or extra app needed.
At peak times (e.g. when tickets go on sale), we automatically place you in a queue. See your position in real time — no site crashes, no need to press F5.

No. You can browse events and tickets without registering. You only need to register when buying — it takes just 30 seconds and only requires an email + password.
As long as you have a valid student ID. We’ll ask to see it at the entrance. Without it, you’ll need to pay a surcharge on site.
No problem. Log in to bmejegy.hu and download it again from the My Tickets tab in your profile. The QR code works even as a photo on your phone.
No. Everything works in your browser, including on mobile. No downloads, no App Store, nothing else needed.
Email jegy@muhasz.bme.hu as soon as possible with your purchase ID (found in your payment confirmation), and we’ll resend it to the correct address.

When lots of people try to buy at once, such as when Freshers' Camp tickets go on sale, we automatically put you in a queue. The site stays running and your place is saved — just wait a few minutes.
Generally, no—tickets are issued in your name and are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, you'll automatically receive a refund. For other questions, email jegy@muhasz.bme.hu.
